Do I have to be at home for the service?
No you do not! As long as we can access the backyard we can make sure your yard is the cleanest it’s ever been by the time you’re back!
How does billing work?
We offer secure payments through our customer portal. We charge a day prior to each cleanup.
Does Magic Scoop clean just the backyard?
If you would like the front yard cleaned as well please specify so we can make sure we don’t miss it! Most of our customers just want the backyard cleaned so let us know and we will rate it into price as well.
Where do you dispose of the pet waste after you are done?
We will place the trash bags with the waste in your trash bin or neatly on the side of your house.
What if my dog is aggressive?
We notify all our customers via text prior to arrival. If your dog is outside please make sure to bring it inside so we can complete cleanup.
What if I need to reschedule a service?
Text or call our number and we will either reschedule for another day that week or put you on the following weeks route.
